Ingredients to Make Broccoli Casserole:

2 Packages of Frozen Broccoli
1 Package of Herb Seasoning Stuffing Mix
1 large chopped Onion
1 cup of Mayonnaise
2 beaten eggs
2 cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 package of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 teaspoon of Salt & Pepper
1 Can of French Onion Topping

Begin by cooking the package of frozen broccoli and cook until broccoli is tender and then drain it. Then in a large mixing bowl combine Herb Seasoning Stuffing Mix, cooked Broccoli, 1 large chopped Onion, 1 cup of Mayonnaise, 2 beaten eggs, 2 cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 package of Shredded Cheddar Cheese, and 1 teaspoon of Salt & Peppers.

Stir all of the ingredients together thoroughly and then place it into a baking dish. Cook at 350′F for 25 minutes and at the last 5 minutes top with French Onion Topping and place it back into the oven to continue cooking for 5 minutes! Then ENJOY!! – Best served with a salad, your favorite soup, turkey, thanksgiving meal, or all by itself.

How to Make Chicken Casserole Dinner

Here is a great recipe for chicken casserole. It gives you step-by-step instructions on how to make it. This recipe is easy to follow and is sure to please the family!

Ingredients to Make Chicken Casserole:

1 Package of Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix
1 Stick of Melted Margarine
6 Cooked Boneless Chicken Breast (Torn into big pieces)
2 Cans of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can of Cream of Mushroom or Celery Soup
1 Can of Hot Chicken stock (can come from chicken after it has cooked or you can buy it in a can)
1 Can of Condense Milk

Begin by combining the stuffing mix and melted margarine together and placing it into a greased casserole dish (tip-leave about 2 cups of stuffing mix on the side so you can put it on the casserole at the end).

Then place the pieces of chicken over the stuffing crumbs and combine the soups, chicken stock, and milk together. Then pour them over the top of the chicken.

Afterwards use the remaining breadcrumbs to pour over the top. Bake the casserole for 30 minutes at 350′F. Then ENJOY!!!
